Southwest recently agreed to acquire Air-Train for 7.69 per share (3.4 billion including air tran debt and operating leases). Current Air-Tran stockholders will recieve 3.75 in cash and .321 in southwest common stock. This will boost Southwest to be one of the biggest airline providers in the world
